everytime i try to read a pdf acrobat tries to update to the latest version, takes half an hour, and then wants me to reboot.

I don’t NEED an update every fuckin day.

I went looking for a program that would convert images to ASCII, and I found pinxys ascii art generator, or PAAG.exe.

What a fucking pile of shit.  its got a horrible old win95 style install routine, and when I loaded a 150 x 180 gif into it it couldn’t even resize the fucking thumbnail before generating the ASCII.

So I ended up getting an ASCII ‘image’ of the top corner of my fairly small gif. It also happily told me what font and font size i was using without letting me change either.

Why do the people who fart out these little asslets spend time on an install routine (or an install routine maker) and not write the fucking app properly.

For fuck sake if you’re gonna put a cancel button in your program that doesn’t do anything, take it out and stick it up your ass instead.

The cut paste blogging function in flock features a flickr connectivity service that lets you upload a photo. Theres a cancel button. when you click it it cancels after the next image. but you can only upload one at a time.
